Executive Assistant & Office Manager – People & CultureAs an office manager and executive assistant, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing comprehensive support to the leadership team.
On a daily basis, I oversee office management activities, including coordinating supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Supporting Thomas Barenthein is a core part of my role.
My administrative duties include answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors, organizing meetings, and following up on action items. I also assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new staff.
Additionally, I often coordinate or support special projects, facilitate inter-departmental communication, and proactively solve problems as they arise. My strong organizational and communication skills enable me to anticipate needs and ensure that both the office and executive team are set up for success.
