Head of People & Culture
Sanna has worked in the People & Culture field for many years. Before she joined HDI in 2024 she worked for Hannover Re since 1998, a sister company to HDI within the Talanx group. HDI is a great company to work for with all talented, engaged, and motivated employees who contributes to the strong “together” spirit.
I really enjoy working together with my team to support the organization's managers and colleagues to achieve our goals. The contacts and networking with other offices outside Sweden also contribute to making the job fun.

About HDI Global – Sweden Branch

HDI– Sweden Branch is based in Stockholm and forms part of the Talanx Group. The branch provides specialized insurance solutions in International and General Aviation, Specie, Marine, Financial Lines, as well as Political Risk/Credit and Political Violence and combines strong local expertise with global reach through the HDI Global network

The Stockholm team has decades of experience in the insurance market and manages the full insurance cycle – from underwriting to claims handling. The operations also include the development of delegated authority business, where HDI Global Specialty provides highly rated risk capacity for MGAs and entrepreneurs across the Nordic, Baltic, and Central European markets.
